The Riviera Maya is a 90 mile coastal stretch of the Mexican Caribbean. It starts just South of the Cancun Airport and includes the towns of Puerto Morelos, Playa del Carmen, Playacar, Xcaret, Puerto Aventuras, Kantenah, Akumal, Xel-Ha and Tulum among other places.

When you arrive to the Cancun Airport you will need to go though immigration, pick up your luggage and customs. Once you have cleared customs, you will walk outside the arrival terminal (as if you are getting outside of the airport) where you will be greeted by a CANCUN EXPRESS representative holding a CANCUN EXPRESS sign with your name on it. He will guide you to your vehicle and take you to your hotel. If you booked a round trip service, please reconfirm with the CANCUN EXPRESS representative the pickup time to return to the airport. We like to get all passengers on time to the airport for their flight leaves.

We monitor your flight so if your flight is delayed or your have to wait long going through custom and immigration, we will be waiting for you at no additional cost to you.
